Referring to paragraph 2 of your Despatch No. 290 of 20th. September, I have the honour to inform you that the post of Headmaster at Yaumati School has been filled by the trans- -fer of Mr. Curwen from Wantsai School and the Headmastership of the latter school by the promotion of Mr. Brawn from Queen's College whose appointment I now submit for your approval. Mr. Brawn was engaged as a Junior Assistant Laster at Queen's College on 1st. January, 1910.

For the vacancy created by this arrangement

the services of Mr. E. J. Edwards, late Headmaster of the Garrison School have been secured on a three years' agreement.
